Hanwha will reorganize its coaching staff from the second half of the 2024 season. Yang Seung-kwan (65), former NC coach, is known to be the most likely head coach. He has ties with manager Kim Kyung-moon.

According to Sports Seoul's report, former coach Yang Seung-kwan will join Hanwha as its head coach from the second half of the year. Multiple baseball officials told Sports Seoul, "Yang Seung-kwan and Yang Sang-moon (63) have decided to join Hanwha at the request of Hanwha coach Kim Kyung-moon. There is only one final contract left." 고소득알바
It is already known through media reports that Yang Sang-moon, former LG and Lotte coaches, will join as pitching coaches. The two Yang coaches will become Hanwha's new coaches. It is not a strange thing. When a new coach comes, there will also be changes in the coaching staff.

Coach Yang Seung-kwan started his professional career as a member of the Sammi Superstars in 1982. He continued to wear the uniform while the team changed to Sammi, Chungbo, and Pacific. In 1990, his last year as a pro baseball player, he played for LG for a year. He had 446 games, a batting average of 0.247, 31 homers and 155 RBIs, and an on-base plus slugging percentage (OPS) of 0.680.

He retired after the season and served as leaders of LG, Hyundai, SK, Lotte, and NC. He also coached Inha University and Paju Challengers, an independent club. He also held various positions including hitting coach, defense and base running coach, and head coach. He is truly a veteran leader.

He has already worked with Kim. While serving as NC's chief coach from 2014 to 2016, he assisted Kim at the time. About eight years later, he will be with Kim again at Hanwha.

Kim Kyung-moon's return to coach Kim Kyung-moon is the starting point for the return of Old Boy. Along with the recruitment of Kim Kyung-moon, Yang Sang-moon and Yang Seung-kwan will also return as professional stage leaders.

The challenges are clear. They are growth and victory. They are the best in the top 10 teams in terms of their depth of prospect. Prospects must grow and produce results. In this season, Hanwha had 24 wins, 32 losses and one draw until June 2, before Kim took office. Until June 3, the team had 11 wins, 12 losses and one draw. Although the winning rate has increased, the team still has around 50 percent.

We asked a like-minded and familiar veteran leader to join our team. From the second half of the year, they will gather together. How should we change the Hanwha team? Although we are at the bottom of the list, we still have a lot of seasons left. We are not in a phase to give up on fall baseball.
